Spring Forward with Alison Waters

Join artist Alison Waters for a workshop to explore colour and collage + co-create with MFT colleagues a large scale hand made concertina book for public exhibition at the Create.Connect.Unwind Festival in May ‘22.

Spring inspires many people to think about the future. During this workshop you will learn about book making and explore colour and collage to make a unique record of your hopes for the year ahead. This workshop is accessible for ALL levels!!

About the artist: Alison is a visual artist specialising in creating hand-built ceramics and bookmaking. With a Strong interest in community arts and arts for wellbeing, Alison regularly faciliates workshops, including for ARC (Arts for Recovery) in Stockport. Inspired by the healing power of nature, she strives to encourage others to take the time to notice the beauty in the natural world around them.
