A Place in Nature with Rebecca Hurst
15 March 2022 at 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

During this 90-minute online workshop we will use visualisation to help you feel the ground beneath your feet, as you think and respond to the natural world.
Creative writing is one way we can carve time for ourselves out of our busy and often stressful lives. Whether you want to try something new, step out of your everyday world for an hour or so, or reflect on your own life and experiences, this workshop is designed to offer breathing space.
Research has shown that writing can help increase feelings of happiness and wellbeing. Expressing ourselves in writing is both a creative and restorative act. In a supportive and friendly environment, you will work alongside the Manchester-based writer, Rebecca Hurst, to reconnect with yourself on the page.
No previous writing experience is necessary.
